Beef Burgundy
Ingredients
2 pounds chuck (Boneless)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg Onion Soup Mix
2 tbl Worcheshire sauce
3 tbl cooking burgundy
Directions
Put all ingredients into a oven proof pot with a lid. Cook covered at 275 for 5 hours.
You can either shred the beef once it's cooked or you can cube it up before you put it into the pot. Also, there is no need to stir this. Just put it all into the pot, cover and cook.
Serve over rice or egg noodles. Simple but elegant:)
